  2008 Sturgis Motorcycle Rally vs Little Sturgis Rally Poll

I just posted a couple of polls regarding the lawsuit brought by the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally against our beloved Little Sturgis Rally. I would appreciate it if you VOTE in these polls (there are two separate polls). We have over 1000+ members on this site and I would love to have a BIG participation in this poll. If the response is good, I will PERSONALLY send this poll (snail mail and email) to the BIG BOYS at the Chamber of Commerce in South Dakota.

2008 Little Sturgis is right around the corner

Well, we are about 6 weeks from 2008 version of Little Sturgis. I know many of you (like me) have had to curtail your traveling and spending...but I wasn't about to give up my "Little Sturgis". I think this year will be the best ever yet!

First, we'll get to see a lot of our old friends that we have met over these 6 years...and although we might only see you once a year...it's almost like seeing famil, sort of a reunion. And I may not remember everyone's name, but I DO NOT forget a face (hell, I'm a photographer). So I look forward to seeing my good friends like Terry, Toolman and his wife, Christy and Joey, JL, the folks from Kennett, our GOOD FRIEND MO, Deanna and Ricky. The guy with the tattoo on the back of his head, the guy that posed for last year by giving me a MEAN ONE FINGER SALUTE. Yes, LS has all kinds of people and most of them are GOOD PEOPLE.

So this year we'll again be in the ORANGE SECTION and we'll have our banners up, music blaring (thanks to Spoodley) and I think we are even bringing a few friends this year.

The Trolley's are back (although I am not sure exactly how they'll run). Bands will be in various sections of the camps, and of course we'll get one day where it will rain for about 30 minutes. I am already sitting on GO for this one...so, if you frequent this site, come by the Razorbiker Camp, say hello and we'll throw you some beads and maybe even a beer!!

Forums, Pictures and Comments

First I want to thank those of you participating in this website. I thoroughly enjoy reading the forum and the comments. I know most of you come here just to view the pics, but I am hoping Razorbiker.com will be a place to come and share your experiences at rallies, share your pics and most of all...to keep in touch with friends you have met at the Little Sturgis Rallies.

I know the site will slow down in a few weeks, but I do have a few more rallies planned this year...unfortunately most of them are NOT NEAR as "wild" as Little Sturgis or The Mulberry River Run in Cass, AR.

So if you have a rally that you think others would be interested...POST IT, talk about it, tell us why you think we'd like it. Make comments on the photos...Please, PLEASE be civil in your comments...I want this to be a POSITIVE site. I reserve the right to remove any distasteful comments of a personal nature...again, we are all here to have fun.
